Multiple Vehicle Crash Leaves Three Dead
March 17, 2015, was the date of tragic, fatal traffic collision on the Pacific Coast Highway. The accident occurred just after midnight in on the southbound side of the PCH just one mile north of Point Mugu State Beach.
According to the California Highway Patrol a Mercedes Benz collided with a Honda and as a result the Honda was literally cut in two. The driver of the Mercedes was killed, as were the two occupants in the Honda.
Do family members of the deceased individual have ground to file a lawsuit against the estate of the driver that killed them.
Based on the facts as we know them today, it is possible that legal grounds to recover damages associated with the individual who were killed do exist.
